About Wellee

Hi, I’m Lee, Welcome to Wel-lee, and join me in practicing well-being!

Personally, I want to live life to its fullest for as long as possible and I’d love to help you do the same.

A mid life crisis led me to ‘pivot’ my focus from creating ‘wealth’ to proactively managing my ‘health’.

Over 20 years as a corporate exec and having 2 children in my early 40’s wore me down in all possible ways. My health and quality of life was rapidly deteriorating and leading me to re-evaluate my priorities. Frustrated seeing a variety of consultants and being prescribed pharmaceuticals, I set about taking charge.

I decided it was time I examined the ‘root cause’ of my ailments and took charge of my own ‘whole-istic’ health and wellness.

Serendipity intervened and I find myself committed to evangelising a proactive ‘whole-istic’ approach to health and well being as naturally as possible. So, I’ve tried, tested and trained in a few methods that I believe will help me to live better and longer, and I feel compelled to share them with others.

So if you’re interested in living with a bit more strength and vitality – a bit more Welly! you’re in the right place.
I’m always trying new things and I like to be a ‘first mover’ in all things health.

After Lee’s yoga class, I drove the whole way up North without stopping. That’s the first time I’ve been able to do that in years. I have been attending Lee’s yoga classes both physical and online for just over a year now. Kaiut yoga is not only beneficial for relaxing the nervous system but is great for increasing flexibility as it focuses on the joints and builds muscle tone, something that’s very important as we grow older. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable and is always contactable and approachable with any concerns or queries you may have in relation to your individual needs. Her home studio is very welcoming in a beautiful country setting and she always offers refreshments and home baking after class – a nice added touch . When the restrictions were introduced during 2020, I continued her classes online and enjoy logging on every Sunday morning to connect with Lee. She keeps the online classes small which allows her to monitor the participants closely throughout the class and continue to focus on the individuals needs . Lee incorporates essential oils into her yoga practice which are the perfect complement by aiding relaxation and they add to the overall ambience of her classes . She is a very knowledgable advocate for the pure therapeutic grade Doterra essential oils . Lee sparked my interest in this area after an information day in the Keaden hotel in early 2020 . I have since become a member and use these wonderful natural solutions on a regular basis.
