Personally, I want to live life to its fullest for as long as possible and I’d love to help you do the same.
A mid life crisis led me to ‘pivot’ my focus from creating ‘wealth’ to proactively managing my ‘health’.
Over 20 years as a corporate exec and having 2 children in my early 40’s wore me down in all possible ways. My health and quality of life was rapidly deteriorating and leading me to re-evaluate my priorities. Frustrated seeing a variety of consultants and being prescribed pharmaceuticals, I set about taking charge.
I decided it was time I examined the ‘root cause’ of my ailments and took charge of my own ‘whole-istic’ health and wellness.
Serendipity intervened and I find myself committed to evangelising a proactive ‘whole-istic’ approach to health and well being as naturally as possible. So, I’ve tried, tested and trained in a few methods that I believe will help me to live better and longer, and I feel compelled to share them with others.
So if you’re interested in living with a bit more strength and vitality – a bit more Welly! you’re in the right place.
I’m always trying new things and I like to be a ‘first mover’ in all things health.
